Country-specific starting point
Use the Zambia service and its local account terms. We could not retrieve a complete public list of accepted Zambia verification documents, so this page does not substitute the South Africa document rules.
Prepare the Zambia phone and wallet details
The Zambia public page shows Airtel and MTN branding. If you plan to use a mobile wallet, check how the account number and wallet ownership will be linked before depositing. Control of a SIM and the identity registered on a wallet can be separate matters. This guide does not establish a universal Zambia identity-document list, so ask the local service about the documents applying to your circumstances.
Prepare before you start
Use a phone number you control and enter your legal name consistently. Check the local eligibility rules, accepted identity details and account agreement before submitting the form. Registration is completed on the operator service; this review site has no registration form and cannot approve an account.
Complete the form carefully
Open the local home page, select Join, read the required fields and supply accurate details. If a confirmation code is requested, enter it only on the official service. Inspect any promotion opt-in separately: creating an account does not by itself establish entitlement to every advertised reward.
Avoid duplicate accounts
If you already registered and cannot log in, recover that account first. Creating another account to get a new-player offer can produce account and promotion issues. Keep your registration confirmation, but never save passwords or one-time codes in a document you send to support.
Practical checklist
| Step | What to prepare |
|---|---|
| Country | Residence and local eligibility details |
| Contact | Your own reachable phone number |
| Identity | Correct name and documents requested by the operator |
| Security | A unique password and a private device |
A registration example to avoid
Suppose the name on a mobile wallet differs from the name supplied during sign-up. Even if the initial form accepts the account, the mismatch can create a later ownership question. Enter your legal details consistently from the beginning and ask the operator about an existing mismatch before depositing. Do not change identity information to resemble a different document.
If you are helping another adult understand the form, let that person enter their own private information and control the account. Sharing an account or using another person’s phone can make recovery and ownership checks difficult. A registration guide should help you prepare; it cannot confirm that your circumstances satisfy the local service agreement.
